1. What ParlayLabs is
ParlayLabs is a sports analytics and entertainment tool. We generate hypothetical parlay combinations, probability estimates, and commentary. We are NOT a sportsbook, do not accept or place wagers, do not handle gambling funds, and have no affiliation with any sportsbook.
2. Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to use ParlayLabs. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. We may suspend accounts that misrepresent their age.
3. No gambling advice
All probabilities, expected value (EV) figures, and confidence scores are statistical model estimates for entertainment purposes only. They are not predictions, guarantees, or financial or gambling advice. Past model output does not indicate future results. If you choose to place real wagers anywhere, you do so entirely at your own risk.
4. Subscriptions
ParlayLabs Pro is a monthly software subscription ($9.99/mo) billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or model output, attempt to breach our systems, or use the service where doing so is unlawful.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Odds data may be simulated or delayed. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-app.
